Production of CNC machines and technological entities

Sahos develops and produces CNC machines with the aim of providing the customer with an ideal technical and economic solution with the highest possible level of precision. The company’s individual approach guarantees that technology is designed and constructed to meet the exact needs of the client. We are our clients' partners and take responsibility for the complete training and start-up process.

Sahos offers a productive solution for CNC Technology manufacturing.

CNC centres are designed for milling and contouring operations, the production of moulds-patterns, drilling and cutting, regardless of the size of the product.

Sahos is ideal for producing the following goods:

furniture, windows, doors and staircases

toys, gun stock, wood carvings and other wooden components

musical instruments

machining and cutting resins, plastics, composite materials

moulds, models, patterns, dies

for the aircraft, automobile and foundry industry

CAD / CAM Software

Sahos is reseller CAD system SolidWorks and CAM system SolidCAM. We aim to provide our clients with a comprehensive solution, which is why we came up with the idea of setting up a training centre. We give clients the opportunity for presentation and subsequent training in the current versions of the SolidWorks and SolidCAM systems. To demonstrate the machining process we use one of our 5-axis centres, controlled by the Heidenhain iTNC 530 system.

     

Commercial activity – woodworking machines and tools

Sahos is a major supplier of woodworking machines, accessories and tools for the woodworking and furniture industry. With its long tradition and experience in the production and sale of the above commodities, its manufacturing programme is of the highest possible technical standard.
